That said, it hurts so very much to read these books. Now I don't mean that they are uninteresting and lack substance, just the opposite, I get one of these and I can't put them down. No, I mean it in a "it crushes my soul every time I turn the page sort of way. How Kirkman can write such cruel fate to his fictional characters is beyond me, but it sure makes for a hellava read. I like zombies, and I like comics, so no surprise, I like zombie comics. That said, it hurts so very much to read these books.
