Drakoth Valentine (Val•en•teen). Yep, that was my fighter's name. I even had a spiral-bound notebook that I drew all sort of weapons and specs like the GLaive from "Krull" and the Mind Sword from "Hawk the Slayer".

Take that peeseeboyee!

I am a Mac user, and I hate using PCs - but your argument was probably the most effective at making me feel bad for PC programmers.

I also can't think of anyone who doesn't enjoy a good D&D reference every now and then.

"As Jason finishes his rant, he ends with what is probably the worst analogy ever (seriously, it’s pretty out there) but it does lead into our title."

I would expect a Mac user to not get it. I should have used Dungeons and Dragons references for Chuck, he would have understood.

Listening to Jason's comparison of Macs to PCs derail into an incoherent rant about disease-laden girls was hysterical.

And Mac users are cooler than PC users*, but I do see Jason's point about how it's much more difficult for Windows to create a working piece of software for a billion different hardware configurations. That's one of the major frustrations my Windows-using programming friends have had when they've worked on creating applications for the App Store - they're not used to dealing with Apple's ultra-controlling method of production, making sure everything runs flawlessly by imparting a stringent set of rules for 3rd parties to follow.

*Except for Brett.
