watch this http://www.gametrailers.com/player/30050.html

and then try and figure out how you can close your eyes and open them back up again having it be April when this game is released... it just looks sick.

No benevolent Jedi bullshit going on there.

And of course by FPS I clearly meant Third Person Shooters...(said With Giant shit-eating grin smeared across face).

COD4's single player is merely the icing on the cake for one of the most intricate multiplayer games of all time. With it's leaderboards, stats, ranks, upgrades for nearly every piece of equipment, and a ton of insanely innovative game types its nearly unnecessary to have a single player game. But the graphics for COD4 far out due GoW. Plus, you can actually aim your gun and feel reasonably confident it will hit your target. On top of that, I found it incredibly frustrating to unload about 5 clips on 1 single baddie...even if you feel the need to bust a cap in my fat ass, 1 or 2 shots and i'm done.

Agree 100% on BioShock. Scared the hell out of me, I had to sleep with my blankey for weeks.

They didn't teach us "Giant Mutants of the Future 101" in med school, we stopped at "Combat tactics for the 21st century". I guess that makes me a little biased.

BTW, hook a brother up with some Star Wars: Unleashed info, I know surprisingly little about.

Gears of War was absolutely an abomination to FPS's everywhere... as it was not an FPS (first person shooter). I know I know.. med school stole your brain. :)

The game rocked, hard, fast and often.. and was an absolute blast to play through in Co-Op.

And COD4 made me feel like I was in 1998 playing Time Crisis... that game has more rails than Amtrak and is more linear then the Mooninites.

Play some Crisis or Bio Shock for some though provoking action packed FPS goodness.

I gotta say, I thought the first Gears of War was an abomination to FPS's everywhere. Absolutely miserable gameplay. Can't say I have much expectation for another one of these. Call of Duty 4 has a vastly better game design, and the online multiplayer is the best I've seen....ever.
